A Godly Life ended July 26, 1999 when Mrs. Myrtle Allie Swanson was taken from us.  We know she is at rest with our Heavenly Father.  After so much suffering by sister Myrtle Swanson, the Lord took from her all pain and took her to herself, where there is no pain and no burden of a tear.
Mrs. Myrtle Swanson was born to the parentage of Mr. and Mrs. Oliver and Annie Boyd in Palestine, Texas.   She received her education at Lincoln High School. a t an early age, she united with Wet. Union Baptist Church.  Later in her life she united with Antioch Baptist Church where she remained until her death. She united in holy matrimony to Savala Swanson on February 15, 1930.  To this union two children were born.
